A few figures perfectly summarize this observation, even if they should not be sought for their own sake:
-100% success in the Brevet (11/11 including 4 with TB mention)
-100% success in the Bac (3/3 of which 1 with honors)
- 90% success in the DELF exam (18/20).

All this was made possible thanks to the perseverance, enthusiasm, kindness, desire to share, and even passion, of our volunteers. They are the ones who shape the identity of our association, helping to give the opportunity to those who call on us to find the path to success, to better integrate, to form social bonds, to discover new ideas. other environments to which their culture would not necessarily lead them (cultural outings, Jaroussky Academy, Insula Orchestra, etc.) 

It is always easier to do good work when you believe in what you are doing. That's why we're committed to helping more people, every day.

The school year which began a few weeks ago is in line with those of previous years since the AFI is today:

- 123 students in academic support, 9 children in the awareness workshop ,

- 146 adults enrolled in French courses, (45 nationalities) a figure which should be increased to more than 160 after the All Saints' Day holidays.

Supporting this audience, young and old, is possible thanks to the commitment of our 94 volunteers (including 22 new ones in the last 12 months), and our 3 employees.

The AFI therefore continues to contribute in its own way to the integration of an often fragile public. Our French courses help to promote the integration of adults by allowing them to better express themselves in their host language. As for educational support, there is no doubt that it promotes the academic success of children and young people who evolve in a difficult environment.

This great dynamic demonstrates, if necessary, that the AFI remains a beautiful and real reference in the Boulogne associative environment, and even beyond.
